LO2: Legal and Ethical Considerations

 Legal:

- With filming these events, I have to make sure that everyone in the car are following the highway code rules. This is because the owner of the car and us can get seriously in trouble, along with the driver potentially getting penalty points. We also have to make sure no laws are broken when filming, such as including other peoples licence plates when filming without their consent, making sure the driver is travelling at a safe standard suitable to the Highway Code.

Consent forms- All actors must sign these forms. This is to avoid future conflict about the footage shown.

Use of Copyright- My film will avoid copyright music as best as possible, and will instead use their own created music, to make it 100% safe to use, as it will be our own.

Ethical:

Payments. None of the actors that you see in this short film are being paid. They have done this purely to enjoy taking part in content, along with assisting the director to getting a grade in this unit.

What is said in the short film- Within the short film, a lot of dialogue had to be cut, as some of it was offensive, which could have stopped me from passing this course (If I could have kept it, I would've). Also  some of the actors also mentioned what they wanted cutting as they later regretted some of the jokes added. This was done to keep the film professional and not something taken less seriously.
